President of the China Animation Society and Honorary Researcher of the China Radio and Television Art Research Centre. During her tenure, she attached great importance to the creation, broadcasting, and overseas promotion of Chinese animation works, implemented the Chinese Excellent Classic Folk Story Animation Creation Project to support various TV animation projects.

is a renowned Chinese illustrator and cartoonist, a recipient of the “National Excellent Teacher” Medal awarded by the Ministry of Education of China, a member of the Animation Art Committee of the China Artists Association, and a reviewer for the 14th National Art Exhibition. She currently serves as a professor and master’s supervisor at Guangxi Arts University, as well as the director of the Illustration Art Committee of the Guangxi Artists Association.
KAWAGUCHI Takahiro

Master of Art Environment, Graduate School of Art Research, Kyoto University of the Arts, with a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) degree. Associate Professor at the Tokyo Media Arts College, University of Takarazuka.Served as the art director and designer of Elementary School Hall Children (Elementary School Hall of Co., Ltd.). He was in charge of the comprehensive production, design, and submission of the special issue Pen and Pen+ (CCC Art Workshop) for the 90th anniversary of Osamu Tezuka's birth. In 2015, he served as the art director and designer of the 80th anniversary of Fujio Akatsuka's birth, The Secret Exhibition of the Birth of Akatsuka's Character (Yoshihiro Yonezawa Memorial Library, Meiji University).In order to create more opportunities to increase the motivation for creativity, we will continue to research and practice with the idea of creating a society where everyone can bring their hopes through the study of Manga×Desig ×Art+Anthropology.

HAO Ninghui
a national high-level talent recognized by the Ministry of Education. He serves as the Dean of the School of Design, Professor of the Second Grade, and Postdoctoral Cooperative Supervisor at the Central Academy of Fine Arts. He is also a member of the Academic Committee of the school, and a Principal Investigator of a Major Project funded by the National Social Science Fund. He has been recognized as one of the TOP 10 Chinese Designers by Forbes in 2021, an Outstanding Young Designer in China's Design Industry by Guanghua Longteng Award, one of China's Top Ten Design Educators, recipient of the Capital Labor Medal, and an Outstanding Teaching Management Personnel in Beijing Colleges and Universities.
LÜ Xin
PhD, Professor at the School of Animation and Digital Arts, Communication University of China, and PhD Supervisor for the Digital Media Art Major. He serves as the Chairman of the Network Technology and Intelligent Media Design Professional Committee of the National Association for Computer Basic Education in Colleges and Universities; Secretary-General of the Animation and Digital Media Art Professional Committee of the China Film and Television Society in Colleges and Universities; and a Special Expert of the Internet Society of China.
Tim METCALF
Director, Arts and Communications
In 2016, he led the organization of the revalidation process for all undergraduate (UG) programs, which enabled him to introduce a new employability module across all programs. He designed the module to be adaptable by various program teams to ensure maximum impact with a set of core common objectives. Data taken 15 months after graduates left the program revealed a significant rise in employability success.
Currently, he is spearheading the revalidation of the BA Graphic Arts program. Regarding knowledge exchange and enterprise activity, with a focus on the last three years, as the Art Director of WSA Graphic Design studio, Studio 3015, he has collaborated with external clients, notably The John Hansard Gallery in Southampton, to produce graphic assets for Safe Space Southampton. This initiative aimed to encourage the revitalization of seemingly neglected in-between areas in the city, stimulating community imagination towards dormant civic spaces.
